Refundable if not enough attendees. Non refundable after this date if you cancel - unless you can find a replacement. Please contact Lois if this happens so we can ensure the booking is secured for the new attendee.
Now for the important bits....
Parents must stay on site.
Parents are responsible for the safety of their children at all times. The Pavilion is on a public space which is popular with dog walkers and not far from a river. Please supervise your children at all times. If you use the nearby playground / ramp this is at your own risk. Please be respectful of the premises. We would love to be able to use the site more regularly if this session is successful. Please report any damage - parents will be liable for any damage caused by their children.
No animals permitted in the pavilion building.
Please let us know if your child has any health or support needs.If you are bringing siblings, p𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝗱𝗼. We may be able to provide a few craft items and games but parents will need to supervise.
We've been asked to try to take off muddy shoes / bring a spare pair if playing out on a muddy field.
